We are an information security research group in the Department of Computer Science. We are part of the Helsinki-Aalto Institute for cybersecurity (HAIC). We also participate in the Intel Institute for Collaborative Autonomous & Resilient Systems (ICRI-CARS). The group is led by Prof. N. Asokan (overview of current research: pdf), Prof. Tuomas Aura, Prof. Janne Lindqvist and Dr. Lachlan Gunn.
How to find us:
We are located in the Computer Science building (T-talo) in Otaniemi, Espoo, Finland. Street address: Konemiehentie 2, 02150 Espoo, Finland.
From Helsinki airport: Buy an ABC zone ticket, 4,60 €, from the ticket machine. Take the local train (lähijuna) I or P to the Central Railway Station. Change to the one and only metro line (direction west, towards Tapiola/Matinkylä) and hop off at the Aalto University (12 minutes from the main railway station), take exit B (Tietotie exit) and walk 100 m to the CS-building.
Taxi is a convenient option but relatively expensive from the airport (40-50€). Taxi stands are located outside next to the terminal main doors.
